Functioning of the Organization
Our operations are designed to ensure a seamless and impactful recovery process:
1.Assessment and Admission: Each individual undergoes a thorough assessment by our team to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Based on this evaluation, a personalized treatment plan is crafted.
2.Therapeutic Environment: The center offers a structured daily routine that combines therapy sessions, group discussions, recreational activities, and skill-building workshops. This structured approach helps individuals regain stability and develop coping mechanisms.
3.Team-Based Approach: Our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers, collaborates to provide comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.
4.Family Integration: Recognizing the pivotal role of family in recovery, we involve loved ones in the process through counseling and education sessions to rebuild trust and support.
Treatment Plan of the Organization
Our treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and includes:
1. Screening by AUDIT & DUST
Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT):
It an essential tool used at the beginning of the treatment process to evaluate the severity and pattern of substance use.
Purpose: To assess the individual’s level of addiction, identify high-risk behaviors, and determine the need for intervention.
Process: A structured questionnaire is administered to gather information on drinking patterns, dependence symptoms, and consequences of alcohol use. The results help our team design a personalized treatment plan tailored to the individual’s specific needs.
Drug Use Screening Tool(DUST):
A structured tool to assess the severity and impact of drug use, aiding in treatment decisions and monitoring progress.
Purpose: To assess the impact of drug use, guide intervention decisions, and monitor progress during treatment.
Process : The questionnaire is filled out by the individual or facilitated by a trained professional. Questions focus on drug use frequency, patterns, and related health or social consequences.
2. The 12-Step Program
The 12-Step Program is a cornerstone of our recovery process, focusing on spiritual, emotional, and psychological healing.
Key Principles:
i.Acceptance: Recognizing addiction as a problem and committing to change.
ii.Surrender: Letting go of control and seeking guidance from a higher power or inner strength.
iii.Accountability: Taking responsibility for past actions and working towards making amends.
Implementation:
i.Regular group meetings are conducted where individuals share experiences, offer mutual support, and learn from one another.
ii.Steps are practiced progressively, with guidance from mentors and peers.
iii.Focus is placed on building self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills.
Other Core Components of the Treatment Plan:
In addition to AUDIT screening and the 12-Step Program, our treatment plan includes:
